Meet your Trainer
Hello, my name is Nick and I would just like to tell you a little bit about myself.
In my many years of training very hard to accomplish my goals, in Martial Arts, Athletics and Weight Training, I have gained many achievements, including a high grade in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, under my mentor Sifu Dave Carnell, at Impact Fighting Arts [website address]. Following this I developed a passion for fitness and weight training, which led me into the field of Athletics. I discovered I had a natural ability for hammer throwing and other field events, and through hard work and good coaching, thanks to Clive Howell, Senior Hammer Coach, I was awarded for my hard work, with five medals at the British BMAF Championships and also held two British Records for the Heavy Hammer.
I realise that it is important to stay fit and healthy, as I have reaped the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle and want others to benefit from my knowledge.
This has given me a great passion to help others in achieving their goals, whether it be weight loss, conditioning and toning, improving overall strength and energy levels.
I believe trust in someone who is helping you is very important. I aim to gain my clients trust from the outset, in my mission to help you gain better fitness and nutrition through exercise and lifestyle changes. I want to help as many people who are willing to help themselves to becoming the person they want to be through health and fitness. This is why I gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification alongside qualifications in Gym Based Boxing, Circuit Training, Martial Arts Attributes and Nutrition Advice.
I realise that in today’s economic climate, everyday people do not have endless funds available for one to one personal training. I therefore decided to make my knowledge available at a more affordable level by offering HIIT Bootcamp Classes on a Personal Training Level, teaching people how to exercise properly using good form, and I am able to do this by limiting the amount of people I train at any one time.
