HIIT BOOTCAMPS

My HIIT Bootcamp classes are designed to help individuals warm up properly before exercise, correctly use resistance equipment with good form to stay injury free, and be able to lift their own body weight through my demanding core stability exercises.  Individuals will also learn how to move in a more dynamic way with correct form of footwork drills, all body movement exercises, dynamic weight bearing exercises, and lots of flexibility exercises, without the latter you will not be able to perform any type of exercises to the max.  Restriction of flexibility can cause less movement which restricts good form and in turn causes bad posture and eventual injury.  These workouts are circuit based and conclude with a build down.
My job is to help as many people gain the freedom of being able to move without restrictions and get the most out of their demanding workouts.
