I've known Nick for almost 20 years and I can honestly say I've never met anyone who comes close to the level of dedication and fitness knowledge he has. His Bootcamp's are tough but he knows how to motivate the class, even when it's busy everyone gets some degree of personal coaching. If you are looking to get fit but don't like the monotony of the gym then I'd highly recommend either his personal training or bootcamp sessions. I've lost almost two stone from training and dieting using his methods.

I have not done any exercise for years and went along with mixed thoughts thinking it would be just very fit people and I would feel stupid but I didn't as you go at your own pace and people don't look at you they just get on with it themselves x I have only been going for 4 weeks but am really enjoying it and getting fit ..... So yes it's great and I Love it even though its hard work.

I was terrified the first session at bootcamp,as generally I've never liked hard physical work or sweat and if i can get away with the easy route i will! I wanted to get fit and lose weight for my wedding. Nick supports and pushes everyone to do the best they can, even when the class is busy, he has time for everyone and won't taking any slacking, which is what I've needed!
I've still want to improve my fitness and tone up but bootcamp is the only thing I have been able to stick to. I've been to gyms and not really understood what I'm doing and felt no benefit, but i do now feel fitter and thinner. I've never enjoyed exercise but I actually look forward to bootcamp every week.

I started nicks bootcamp back in September 2012 , I'd just joined weight watchers , and was in need of some exercise, to help speed up the weight loss I very much needed

I was worried about going , due to my lack of fitness and simply being overweight , but the fact is everyone is there for a reason , to lose weight , to get fit , to improve stamina ...

I needn't have worried ... I've known nick for years so I knew he wouldn't judge me , but everyone there were fantastic , friendly and supportive , this individual exercise was a team effort ... Everyone in that room helps the person next to them get through it

The bootcamp itself ... Make no mistake is physically very tough , it tests your heart , desire , strength , courage , determination ... Nick makes everything look so easy , but from the minute you start this session there is no let up !

But the thing is , everytime i complete bootcamp it leaves me wanting more , the feeling of success is great :)

The results ... You will only get out what you put in ... I lost 35 pounds in 12 weeks !

I can not recommend Nick's boot camp enough. It is the most demanding, rewarding and intense class I have ever done. Though you are able to work at your own pace, you will see (and feel) tangible improvements each class.

That said, it's Nick's whole approach is what sets his classes apart. He genuinely cares about your fitness, and takes time to get to know you as a person. You are not just a number within a faceless gym corporation!!! He tracks your progress and recognises that everyone's progress will be relative to their own potential.

As a consequence of Nick's personal approach there is a unique sense of camaraderie which you just don't get in a gym-based class...

I would recommend Nick's training to anyone of any age with any level of fitness!

Bootcamp is addictive and i love it!!!!!
Bootcamp is by far the hardest and the best fitness training I have ever done!
I had tried the gym, spinning, step class but I never felt any real benefit. I have been going bootcamp since it started in summer 2012 before i started i hadn't done any exercise for about 4 years.
Bootcamp has helped improve my fitness, stamina, strength and motivation, it has helped me lose weight and tone up. Thanks to Nick and his bootcamp I have got my confidence back, i believe in myself again and want to push myself more each session.
Doing bootcamp has helped me through a very difficult time and I love it, I love that it is outside, everyone is so friendly and no one is judged, it is a great stress relief too.
Before I started bootcamp I suffered with a bad back everyday from work and a bad knee bootcamp has strengthened both and I no longer have trouble with my back.
Nick is a great trainer he pushes you and he wants you to get as much as you can out of every second, he is always there to help and give advice on diet and exercise.
I would recommend Nicks bootcamp to anyone! I Love love love it :-) it's awesome!

A work colleague introduced me to Nick Goodwin July of last year, I was looking to get fit but with something different than the Gym.
This is by far the hardest workout I’ve encountered but the rewards both physically and mentally out weight the pain !
I look forward to attending these classes as many times as I can each week.
Nick Is our Personnel trainer, Mentor, motivator and friend.
So stop wasting money on Zumba the gym and join these classes, you won’t be disappointed.
