PERSONAL TRAINING


You will receive the benefit of friendly one to one Personal Training. 
I will help you achieve your goals, both mentally and physically.
I will provide a high level of instruction, expert advice on how best to achieve your exercise goals.  I will motivate and encourage you to push through all the levels of your fitness journey.
Following an initial assessment of your requirements at your Consultation, I will assess and design your specific programme.
As we work together as a team, I will find out your strengths and weaknesses and will work on these to effectively move you toward your goals.  Your workouts will consist of resistance training, different levels of cardiovascular training, flexibility work and help with lifestyle choices including nutritional advice, whilst all the time being in touch with your individual needs, attitude and mindset.
You are more likely to succeed in your quest for fitness with the assistance of a Personal Trainer.
 
AT YOUR HOME


I am quite willing to train you at your home (10 to 15 mile radius) around the Stoke-on-Trent area.
I will supply all equipment needed for your workouts, or can add to your existing equipment should you have any.
Training at your home is very successful, because from a Personal Trainers point of view, this is where you are grounded and feel comfortable in your own environment,  which will help you to take the next step in your fitness journey.

Free Consultation
1 hour session £35                            10 x 1 hour sessions £300 (save £50)
 
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS


When block sessions and paid for in advance, sessions missed as a result of the client cancelling, less than 24 hours in advance, are not refundable and that session will be lost.  In the event of the Trainer cancelling, that session will be offered at a further date or time, to be negotiated with the client.
 
 
AT MY HOME


If you would prefer to ‘get away from it all’ but don’t want to go to a gym, I am able to offer my services at my home.  I live in the Kidsgrove area of Stoke-on-Trent, which is easily accessible from all surrounding areas.
Following an initial assessment of your requirements at your Consultation, I will assess and design your specific programme.
As we work together as a team, I will find out your strengths and weaknesses and will work on these to effectively move you toward your goals.  Your workouts will consist of resistance training, different levels of cardiovascular training, flexibility work and help with lifestyle choices including nutritional advice, whilst all the time being in touch with your individual needs, attitude and mindset.
